This Privacy Policy explains how AVSVishal Media ("we", "us") collects, uses, and
protects information in the AVS Library Manager mobile application (the "App"). By using
the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Library data you enter: member names, phone numbers, emails, seat/batch details,
fee and payment records, expenses, attendance and related notes. This is stored on your device.
Owner / business details: library name, owner name, address, phone and email you
provide during setup.
Purchase details: if you buy premium, we may collect the name and WhatsApp number
you provide so our team can complete your setup and support.
Cloud account: if you enable Cloud Backup, you create a Cloud ID and password, and
a copy of your library data is uploaded to and stored on our servers, linked to your Cloud ID.
Automatically collected: basic device information, app usage events, and
advertising identifiers collected by the third-party services listed below.
2. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following services, which may collect data under their own privacy policies:
Google Play Services / Google Play Billing — for app distribution and in-app purchases.
Google AdMob — to show ads (may use advertising identifiers).
Google Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage analytics to improve the App.
Meta (Facebook) SDK — app activity/attribution events.
3. How We Use Information
To provide and operate the App's features (members, fees, seats, receipts, reminders).
To back up and restore your data when you use Cloud Backup.
To process premium purchases and provide setup/support over WhatsApp or phone.
To improve the App and show ads (for non-premium users).
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with the third-party services above
to operate the App, or where required by law.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Local data stays on your device until you delete it (Settings → Clear All Data / Reset App).
Cloud backup data is retained until you delete your account.
